Not bad, not great.  An easy, mostly flat hike through some pretty woods, with some wildflowers in the occasional sunny section. This trail would be better if it didn't hug the park boundary for a while in its NE corner--the trail emerges in the backyard of TPWD HQ and you walk by the buildings and parking lot.
